Refund Policy

T9L provides professional services, consulting, strategy, and execution-based deliverables. These services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation from the moment an engagement begins. Once a service has been initiated, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or reversals. All payments made to T9L are non-refundable.

Each engagement is defined by a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables. Payments are made against the commitment of resources and execution effort, not just final output.

Requests for changes or refinements are handled within the agreed scope. Any additional work outside the scope may require a separate agreement.

In rare cases where a service cannot be delivered due to a fault solely on T9L’s side, the matter will be reviewed internally. Any resolution, if applicable, will be at T9L’s discretion and may include service continuation or partial adjustment, not automatic refunds.
