People Matters is a niche media brand founded in 2009 that engages with the top business and HR leaders to challenge, transform and enrich the way HR technology and talent management practices contribute to business growth and success. The company's HR & Work Tech Conference, People Matters TechHR, is the largest HR Technology conference in Asia.
We faced difficulties in finding a team that understood design and aesthetics that were so relevant to us as a media product. T9L really understood the requirements of the brand as well as the requirements of the final consumer and the experience we wanted to provide through our content. They understood that the product design should evolve with time.

Founder & CEO of People Matters
Ester, originally from Barcelona, Spain, came to India to pursue her MBA from the Indian School of Business, with a specialization in Human Resources. She has worked in the HR division of companies like Tata Consultancy Services and Hewlett-Packard. She founded People Matters in 2009 and served as its CEO, exiting after its acquisition in 2025. She has since relocated to Athens and contributes to startup communities across the world as an investor and advisor.
