RookTook is a pioneering platform for daily online chess tournaments, built as a fully digital competitive ecosystem where players can monetize their skills. In a global chess market worth $3.34B in 2024 and growing fast, it's modernizing how the game is played and consumed.

With T9L's Tech, GTM, and Distribution Playbooks, RookTook grew into a viable product with 3,500+ downloads, becoming one of the fastest-growing digital chess ecosystems. T9L also refined its financial model, optimized the revenue lifecycle, and supported expansion through offline tournament activation.
