Intern: Growth Performance – Funnel Ops

👝 The Role

T9L is hiring a Growth Performance – Funnel Ops Intern for a 3-month full-time, extendable engagement to support funnel-building, lifecycle flows, and conversion optimization across portfolio companies. This role is suited for students or early professionals who want to learn how high-performing funnels and growth systems are architected inside a startup studio. Working closely with the Growth Performance Marketer, you will help build landing pages, craft email sequences, optimize user journeys, and support experimentation across the acquisition-to-retention funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Funnel Support: Assist in building and updating landing pages, lead magnets, and user onboarding flows.
  • Email & Lifecycle Execution: Help set up welcome sequences, nurture journeys, and reactivation emails in tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • User Journey Mapping: Document touchpoints, map funnel stages, and identify friction points in conversion paths.
  • Experiment Support: Assist in running A/B tests, measuring results, and recording learnings for future iterations.
  • Analytics Support: Pull funnel metrics from GA4, email platforms, and landing page tools; maintain simple reports.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the Community, Product, and BD teams to gather insights, user feedback, and funnel improvement ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates interested in funnel design, lifecycle marketing, or growth ops.
  • Basic familiarity with landing pages or email tools is a plus (not required).
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with structured workflows.
  • Good writing skills for drafting email copy or onboarding messaging.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how funnels drive business outcomes.
