👝 The Role

T9L is hiring a Growth Performance – Acquisition Intern for a 3-month full-time, extendable engagement to support our multi-venture acquisition engine. This internship is ideal for students or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to organic acquisition, SEO, social distribution, and data-driven growth. You will assist our Growth Performance Marketer in executing acquisition strategies across portfolio companies, helping turn content, search insights, and distribution loops into measurable traffic growth.

What You’ll Do

  • SEO Support: Conduct keyword research, prepare content briefs, run on-page checks, and support basic technical audits.
  • Content Distribution: Assist in distributing content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and niche communities to drive early attention and traffic.
  • Acquisition Research: Analyze competitor SEO activity, identify backlink opportunities, and monitor search trends.
  • Partnership Support: Help identify micro-influencers, affiliates, or community partners who can accelerate organic reach.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Pull weekly numbers from GSC, GA4, and social channels; maintain simple dashboards and track KPIs.
  • Experimentation Assistance: Support the team in running small acquisition experiments across channels and documenting outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates interested in SEO, acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Strong curiosity about how traffic grows from search, social, and partnerships.
  • Basic familiarity with SEO or social analytics tools (a plus, not required).
  • Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets.
  • Eagerness to learn fast, test ideas, and support execution end-to-end.
