Growth Content & Community Intern

👝 The Role

T9L is seeking a Growth Content & Community Intern for a 3-month full-time, extendable contract to support content production, community engagement, and organic growth initiatives across our multi-product AI ecosystem. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about AI, storytelling, and digital communities. You will work closely with the Growth Content & Community Strategist and Associate to assist in publishing content, managing conversations, researching insights, and supporting our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. This internship provides hands-on experience in shaping narratives and building communities within one of India’s most dynamic startup studios.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Support: Assist in drafting content outlines, editing posts, preparing captions, and formatting stories for different channels.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Help schedule posts, monitor content performance, and coordinate weekly content calendars.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with early users, respond to comments, share updates, and help keep conversations active across online platforms.
  • Research & Insight Gathering: Identify trending topics, track competitor content, gather community feedback, and surface insights that can inspire new formats or stories.
  • Operational Support: Help organize file repositories, update documentation, maintain content pipelines, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, design, and marketing teams to collect screenshots, user wins, product updates, and insights that can be transformed into content.

What We're Looking For

  • Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals interested in content, social media, community, or growth.
  • Strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling, especially in tech or AI.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, X, or YouTube.
  • Curiosity about the AI ecosystem and how digital communities grow.
  • Self-starter with a learning mindset, eager to grow in a fast-paced startup studio environment.
