Business Development Intern
👝 The Role
T9L is seeking a Business Development Intern for a 3-month full-time, extendable contract to support agency outreach and partnership growth for our MarTech portfolio. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to SaaS, MarTech, and the agency ecosystem. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Associate to help identify prospects, support outreach campaigns, manage follow-ups, and assist in preparing demos and presentations. This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development in a fast-paced startup studio while contributing directly to high-impact growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect Research: Identify and compile lists of digital, creative, and analytics agencies. Research decision-makers, service lines, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Outreach Support: Assist in sending outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups to generate interest and schedule discovery calls.
- Pipeline Coordination: Help maintain CRM entries, update lead statuses, and organize next steps to ensure smooth movement across the sales pipeline.
- Demo Preparation: Support the team in creating demo decks, notes, and structured walkthroughs of T9L’s MarTech tools.
- Market & Competitive Research: Gather insights about industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and emerging opportunities relevant to agency partnerships.
- Operations & Admin Support: Assist in preparing documents, recording meeting notes, organizing schedules, and coordinating follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Students, recent graduates, or entry-level professionals interested in business development, sales, partnerships, or MarTech.
- Comfort with outreach, follow-ups, and basic research tasks.
- Comfort with using AI tools.
- Ability to organize information, work with CRMs/spreadsheets, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Eagerness to learn how partnerships, sales funnels, and BD processes operate in SaaS and startup environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a learning mindset, eager to grow in a fast-paced startup studio environment.
