Associate: Marketing Analytics & KPI Tracking (Studio-Wide Portfolio)
👝 The Role
T9L is seeking a Marketing Analytics & KPI Tracking Associate to power data visibility and performance intelligence across our studio-wide portfolio. This role is central to enabling founders, Growth Performance teams, Content/PR functions, and BD stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will maintain weekly analytics dashboards, track KPIs across multiple startups, identify performance signals, and ensure that every growth, content, acquisition, and funnel initiative is grounded in accurate, timely insights. You will play a critical role in creating cross-venture visibility, improving measurement systems, and supporting high-velocity experimentation across the studio.

What You’ll Do
- Multi-Venture KPI Tracking: Maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards for studio and portfolio companies—covering acquisition, funnel metrics, content performance, retention, and revenue indicators.
- Analytics & Reporting: Pull, clean, and analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, social platforms, email systems, and CRM dashboards. Prepare structured reports for founders and internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track trends across acquisition channels (SEO, social, email), funnel conversion stages, content engagement, and BD pipeline health; surface insights for optimization.
- Data Hygiene & Documentation: Ensure metrics are consistently defined, correctly instrumented, and accurately reported across startups. Maintain centralized documentation for tracking frameworks and measurement protocols.
- Experiment & Funnel Support: Work with Growth Performance, Content, and BD teams to measure the impact of experiments, funnels, content drops, and partnership initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with founders, Growth Performance, PR & Content, Community, and BD teams to understand data needs, gather inputs, and support decision-making across ventures.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, reporting, or performance monitoring, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Data Studio, spreadsheet modeling, or CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities from raw data.
- Comfort working with funnel metrics, acquisition dashboards, content performance data, and marketing KPIs.
- Attention to detail and consistency with documentation and data hygiene.
- Comfort in fast-paced, multi-venture environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely to cross-functional stakeholders.
