Associate: Growth Content & Community – AI Ecosystem

👝 The Role

T9L is hiring a Growth Content & Community Associate for a 3-month full-time, extendable contract to support the expansion of our multi-product AI ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their content or community career who wants to grow rapidly by working inside a high-velocity startup studio. You will assist in producing high-signal content, managing community conversations, and supporting growth across channels like LinkedIn, X, or YouTube. Working directly with the Growth Content & Community Strategist, you will help turn product insights and user wins into stories, formats, and engagement loops that attract AI-curious leaders and build organic momentum for our products.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Support: Assist in writing, editing, and publishing stories, case studies, micro-reports, user benchmarks, and product insights across our AI portfolio.
Channel Management: Support the management of one or more community platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Prepare weekly content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance.
Community Engagement: Engage with users, amplify conversations, reply to comments, and help build a sense of belonging among early adopters and enthusiasts.
Research & Insight Mining: Monitor market trends, competitor content, user feedback, and AI ecosystem developments for insights that can be transformed into compelling narratives.
Format Development: Help create repeatable content formats such as digests, AMAs, leaderboards, user highlights, and data-led posts that drive consistent engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, design, and BD teams to gather data, updates, and user success stories that feed into content and community initiatives.
Operations & Reporting: Maintain content pipelines, track basic analytics, prepare weekly reports, and optimize based on performance signals.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content, social media, community, or growth marketing (AI, SaaS, or tech ecosystems preferred).
Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to turn raw information into engaging narratives.
Comfort with managing digital platforms and interacting with online communities.
Awareness of content formats, social mechanics, and organic growth fundamentals.
A curiosity for AI, technology trends, and emerging product categories.
Self-starter with a learning mindset, eager to grow in a fast-paced startup studio environment.
