PR & Content Marketing Lead (MarTech SaaS Portfolio)
👝 The Role
T9L is seeking a PR & Content Marketing Lead to elevate visibility, credibility, and category leadership for a portfolio of MarTech SaaS ventures. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, market intelligence, and strategic communication. You will craft narratives that differentiate our products, benchmark them against industry leaders, and build thought leadership that earns trust from marketers, founders, and investors. The selected candidate will lead PR programs, produce high-signal content, and collaborate closely with Growth, BD, and Community teams to create narratives that drive product interest and brand authority across the ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
- Thought Leadership & Narrative Building: Develop strategic narratives rooted in competitive benchmarking, product differentiation, and market insights to position our MarTech products as category leaders.
- Press & Public Relations Strategy: Lead PR programs across portfolio startups, manage media relationships, and drive high-impact announcements around launches, partnerships, and milestones.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Create and publish high-quality content across press, blogs, social platforms, and newsletters, translating product insights into compelling, industry-relevant stories.
- Benchmarking & Market Research: Track trends and competitors in the MarTech and SaaS ecosystem; convert research into narrative opportunities, comparison pieces, and positioning frameworks.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, media pickup, and engagement; refine distribution and amplification strategies based on insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD, Growth, Product, and Community teams to align messaging across product releases, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in PR, content strategy, brand storytelling, or communications, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or tech-driven ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and MarTech landscapes, including key players and category trends.
- Demonstrated ability to turn technical or product insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience with competitive benchmarking, positioning frameworks, and insight-driven storytelling.
- Excellent writing skills and a strong POV on what makes content authoritative, engaging, and high-signal.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness, with comfort in experimenting with new storytelling and distribution formats.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives from research to publication independently.
