Growth Performance Marketer (Acquisition + Funnel Ops)
👝 The Role
T9L is hiring a Growth Performance Marketer to drive acquisition and scale traffic across our multi-venture ecosystem. This role demands a deep understanding of organic growth engines—SEO, social, email, affiliate, and referral—and the ability to turn insights into repeatable acquisition systems. You will own the 0 → 100K monthly visitor growth mandate for select portfolio companies, architecting funnels, optimizing user journeys, and building performance loops that convert attention into traction. Working closely with our Business Development and Community Growth teams, you will transform content, partnerships, and distribution into measurable growth outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Traffic Growth Ownership: Drive the acquisition engine end-to-end for portfolio companies, with a mandate to scale organic traffic from 0 → 100K monthly visitors within six months.
- SEO & Content Growth: Build and execute a scalable SEO strategy, including keyword maps, content calendars, technical audits, backlinks, partnerships, and authority-building frameworks.
- Social Growth & Distribution: Work with the Community Growth team to repurpose content, amplify high-performing narratives, and build repeatable organic distribution loops across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and niche platforms.
- Funnel Architecture & Optimization: Design, track, and optimize multi-step funnels across acquisition, activation, and retention. Build systems around landing pages, lead magnets, email journeys, and conversion experimentation.
- Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop lifecycle flows that convert top-of-funnel attention into loyal users—welcome sequences, nurture tracks, reactivation cycles, and product-led email triggers.
- Affiliate & Referral Growth: Launch and manage referral engines and affiliate partnerships to accelerate scalable, low-CAC growth.
- Experimentation & Analytics: Run growth experiments, analyze performance across channels, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Build dashboards, track KPIs, and report progress weekly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Community, Product, and Brand teams to align narratives, optimize acquisition channels, and accelerate overall venture growth.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition roles at SaaS, AI, ecommerce, or tech-driven companies.
- Proven track record of scaling traffic and conversions through organic channels—SEO, social, email, referral, or affiliate.
- Strong understanding of funnel design, growth loops, user psychology, and multi-channel experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), analytics (GA4, Looker), and email automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io).
- Ability to move fast, think in systems, and create repeatable acquisition frameworks rather than one-off campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to convert data into compelling insights and growth narratives.
- Self-starter with a builder mindset—comfortable owning aggressive goals in fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Prior experience in multi-product ecosystems or venture studios.
