Sales Associate
👝 The Role
T9L is hiring a Sales Associate on a 3-month full-time contract to support agency partnerships and revenue growth across our MarTech portfolio. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants hands-on experience in SaaS, MarTech, and creative tech ecosystems. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify agency prospects, support outreach and demos, and help convert interest into active partnerships. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you’ll learn how to turn product value into business outcomes while working directly with founders and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do
- Sales & Partnership Coordination: Assist the Sales Manager in managing the agency pipeline from first contact to onboarding. Help prepare proposals, follow-up emails, and commercial summaries.
- Pipeline Support & Outreach: Research and identify prospective digital, creative, and analytics agencies. Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Agency Engagement: Coordinate introductory calls, demos, and follow-ups with agency prospects. Maintain accurate records of conversations, next steps, and status updates in the CRM.
- Product Demos & Storytelling Support: Support in preparing demo flows, decks, and talking points that highlight how T9L’s MarTech tools help agencies grow client revenue and improve efficiency.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Track trends across SaaS, MarTech, and creative technology. Compile insights on competitor offerings, agency needs, and category shifts to inform outreach and positioning.
- Client Success & Case Study Support: Coordinate with partner agencies and internal teams to document early wins, gather testimonials, and support the creation of case studies and performance narratives.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or creative tech sectors.
- Comfort with outreach, cold emails, and handling discovery conversations with potential partners.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing, agencies, and concepts like SEO, branding, and analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain product value in simple, compelling language.
- Comfort working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and follow-up workflows.
- Self-starter with a learning mindset, eager to grow in a fast-paced startup studio environment.
