Business Development Manager – Agency Partnerships & Growth

T9L is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive agency partnerships and revenue growth across our MarTech portfolio. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to turn product value into business outcomes. The selected candidate will own the full agency growth pipeline, from outreach to onboarding, and work closely with founders and marketing teams to expand adoption of our tools among digital, creative, and analytics agencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Agency Acquisition & Growth: Identify, engage, and onboard agencies across digital, creative, and analytics domains. Drive adoption of our MarTech tools to hit aggressive signup and conversion goals.
  • Partnership Development: Build long-term strategic relationships with agency partners. Negotiate commercial terms, co-create growth programs, and unlock revenue-sharing opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage the complete funnel, from prospecting and demos to conversion and retention, ensuring consistent growth in active agency partners.
  • Product Storytelling & Demos: Conduct compelling product presentations and demos that showcase how T9L’s tools enable agencies to drive client growth and efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in SaaS, MarTech, and creative technology. Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Client Success & Case Studies: Build strategic relationships with partner agencies, close partnership deals, and showcase how T9L’s MarTech tools can be used successfully to grow client revenue through co-created case studies and performance narratives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or creative tech sectors.
  • Strong networks in digital, creative, or analytics agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical features into compelling business narratives.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, branding, and analytics workflows.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
