T9L is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Banker to power our capital-raising initiatives for both the studio and its portfolio companies. This role demands a proven track record in institutional fundraising (USD 5M+ deals), access to a robust global investor network, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The selected candidate will be the strategic architect of all studio fundraising activities, leading cutting-edge transactions and fueling our growth ambitions.

The Role
What You’ll Do
- Studio Fundraising Leadership: Design and implement capital-raising strategies tailored for studio scaling, including equity, debt, hybrid instruments, and innovative financial solutions (SPACs, green bonds, etc.).
- Deal Origination & Execution: Identify, structure, and close high-value funding transactions for the studio and its ventures, leveraging global networks of institutional investors, private equity, venture capital, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Investor Engagement: Organize and lead studio-specific investor roadshows, presentations, and direct outreach campaigns. Craft compelling investment memorandums and pitch decks to articulate T9L vision and market value.
- Financial Analysis & Structuring: Build and analyze complex financial models and scenario plans. Advise on optimal deal structures, balancing the studio’s capital needs with cost, risk, and investor appetite.
- Transaction Management & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the fundraising process end-to-end, from due diligence, documentation, and negotiation, to regulatory filings and closing. Ensure adherence to global securities laws and post-raise governance standards.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Advisory: Monitor macroeconomic trends, market conditions, and investor sentiment. Counsel T9L leadership on best timing and tactics for fundraising; anticipate challenges, and innovate solutions.
- Long-Term Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with current and prospective investors. Develop partnerships to support future studio fundraising rounds and strategic needs.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of deep investment banking experience, with extensive exposure to startup, studio, or venture capital environments.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value fundraising transactions (USD 5M+) for fast-growth ventures; studio experience strongly preferred.
- Strong global investor network across private equity, venture capital, corporate funds, family offices, and sovereign funds.
- Strategic thinker with advanced analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, resilient; thriving under pressure and relentless in pursuit of targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence and inspire confidence.
