The Client:
The project, one of the largest outsourced by Discovery Networks International to India, was to migrate about forty websites from their old system to a new multi-lingual, multi-channel and multi-medium platform. It was a result of our powerful performance in a similar project for Discovery Networks, India.
	The Challenge:
The project had many challenges.
		All the websites of the Discovery Networks International (DNI) were to be migrated to a uniform platform called ISIS2.
		ISIS2 is a highly flexible, multi-lingual, multi-channel and multi-medium platform capable of handling huge volumes of text and rich-media content.
		At the same time ISIS2 is an extremely difficult to use system and non-technical users find it very difficult to work on the system.
		It was costing Discovery lots of money trying to migrate the websites to the new platform and most of the work being done was of very poor quality. The work was also not happening at the desired pace required for launching these websites on time.
		There was wide criticism of the new platform and people within Discovery were finding it extremely difficult to work on it.
	The Solution:
We emerged as the champions even on this difficult system with challenging deadlines:
		We started building the websites almost three times faster than anywhere else on their global network.
		The quality of our work was far superior to anything else that they had seen so far.
		It won us the tag of being magicians and people across their network were surprised in way that we were delivering. Mails like
		“what do you think, which kind of magic are the guys in India using? ;-) ... 'Aussi Daniel' would need this magic as well...” or ”Interesting and strange then that it's working so well in India!”  were frequently exchanged on the network.
		Currently we are working on the same platform across the regions and channels for DNI. The regions include, Latin America, EMEA, SE Asia, India, UK, AUNZ.
		We created a new facility from scratch in a real short span of time complete with hardware procurements, recruitments, network setup, training and support services. We were production-ready in less than two weeks.
		We developed a full blown project management tool to centralize information and reduce the prevailing confusion among the participants from across the globe.
		We are trusted partners of DNI now with more and more projects across our capabilities being discussed with them everyday.
